Claire Ottewell (nee Mitchell) manages and runs Engage.

She is an articulate, passionate, people-oriented, graduate, with many years experience in Business Engagement, Project Development, Supported Employment, PR, Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Publishing.

Her main passion is directed towards partnership working and getting different organisations, often in competition, to work collaboratively for their mutual benefit. 

Over the years she has perfected her communication & interpersonal skills, working across all three sectors; private, public and third from grass roots upwards. She is versatile in her working style depending on what is required, equally able to work 1-2-1 or to facilite/presenting to large groups. She hates 're-inventing wheels' and prefers to make better use of existing resources. Her approach is, like her work,  honest, direct and straight to the point.
