There is a plethora of different forms used by employment support agencies carrying out health & safety work place inspections. Not only does the quality significantly vary but the questions are often presented in a way that employers find hard to understand. Employers expressed their frustrations over having to complete similar yet not identical forms time and time again throughout the year and shared a desire to have one universal form.

Engage worked in partnership with the National Head of Health & Safety for the Learning & Skills Council, two local construction employers and The Engage Partnership members to create a comprehensive inspection form that phrases the questions in a meaningful way whilst covering all the legal requirements.
