LEADER (Brighton & Hove) present an opportunity for all employers, large and small, to discuss best practice in staff motivation and retention; a key issue in this financial climate where none of us can afford to lose skilled, talented staff.

This seminar will be hosted by colleagues from mental health specialist organisations Retain, Southdown Housing and Brighton & Hove City Council.

It will cover both the national and local picture for mental health, useful and easy things you can do to support staff to stay well and much more.

Preparation for the workshop includes bringing information on:

1.    How many people are you already employing with mental health conditions

2.    What support do you have in place for these employees?

3.    What you’d like to achieve from attending this workshop

4.    Bring any cases you would like to discuss with the other members

This workshop is provided FREE for existing LEADER members OR at a cost of £15 for businesses employing over 10 members of staff or £5 for those employing less than 10 members of staff.
