EP Evaluation
After the initial six months of operation an independent evaluation was carried out on the Engage Partnership, formerly the Operational Employer Engagement Group. The point of the evaluation was to determine whether the initiative was really working in practice and get some empirical evidence to prove that the impossible was possible. The impossible being highly competitive agencies working collaboratively to improve the effectiveness of their employer engagement!

Health & Safety Checklist
There is a plethora of different forms used by employment support agencies carrying out health & safety work place inspections. Not only does the quality significantly vary but the questions are often presented in a way that employers find hard to understand. Employers expressed their frustrations over having to complete similar yet not identical forms time and time again throughout the year and shared a desire to have one universal form.
Work Placement Description Form
This form was created to simplify the information supplied by an employer wishing to advertise either a work placement or employment opportunity.
The form was designed to capture essential information supplied from the employer covering their skills requirements for a work placement or paid employment.
