The Engage Partnership's Training Directory provides clear and concise information on what qualifications Engage Partnership Training Provider members can offer employers and employees.

These provider's offer an attractive service to adults returning to work for the following reasons:

  • Adults of all ages using the services

Current Projects

·The Engage Partnership – a highly innovative forum of over 20 employment support agencies. The members work together to increase the number of unemployed disadvantaged residents accessing sustainable employment through tailored training, mentoring, placement and employment initiatives. To compliment the outputs of each agency, the Engage Partnership has been directly responsible for generating over 1,000 vacancies.

For any agency or organisation wishing to join the Partnership it would be worthwhile taking a look at the Forum meeting evaluation data to get an insight into the value membership offers.

EP Evaluation

After the initial six months of operation an independent evaluation was carried out on the Engage Partnership, formerly the Operational Employer Engagement Group. The point of the evaluation was to determine whether the initiative was really working in practice and get some empirical evidence to prove that the impossible was possible. The impossible being highly competitive agencies working collaboratively to improve the effectiveness of their employer engagement!

PR Referral Form

A key element of successful employer engagement involves raising the profile of your organisation in the media and getting positive coverage of your service.

The Engage Partnership teamed up with The Argus to design a PR referral form, which covers the salient information a journalist would require to cover a story. Please feel free to download this form below.
